These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of the website www.case4you.se and related pages (collectively referred to as the "Website") and the agreement between you as a customer ("you") and "CASE4YOUAB", corporate registration number 556826-6976 ("CASE4YOU"). - Age and Eligibility
1.1 "CASE 4 YOU" does not approve credit purchases according to Swedish law for individuals under 18 years of age. To place orders on the Website, you must be over 18 years old. "CASE 4 YOU" reserves the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases, such as if you provide incorrect personal information or have payment remarks.
- Changes and Errors on the Website
2.1 "CASE 4 YOU" reserves the right for closeout sales and any errors in images and text on the Website, such as incorrect technical specifications, prices, and stock balances. "CASE 4 YOU" reserves the right to correct and update incorrect information at any time.
- Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 The Website and all its content are owned by "CASE 4 YOU" or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. Product names, trademarks, images, company names, graphics, design, layout, and other information about services, goods, and content may not be copied or used without written approval from "CASE 4 YOU".
- Ordering and Agreements
4.1 By placing an order on the Website, you accept our terms of purchase and privacy policy. You consent to having read and accepted our information on personal data and cookie use as per "CASE 4 YOU's"privacy policy.
4.2 An agreement to purchase is only made when "CASE 4 YOU" confirms your order, and you receive an order confirmation via email from "CASE 4 YOU." We recommend saving the order confirmation for future contact with our customer service.
4.3 Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase. After the purchase is completed, we cannot make changes to the order, including the address or products ordered. Any changes or additions must be made through a new order.
- Payment, Prices, and Fees
5.1 On "CASE 4 YOU", you can choose to pay with Klarna, credit card, or bank giro. All prices on the Website are displayed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
5.2 Klarna offers various payment options, including direct bank payment, credit card payment, Swish, invoice, and installment payment. You can select your preferred payment method at the checkout before the purchase. Please note that a minor credit check may be conducted when using invoice or installment payment. Any fees for these payment methods will be displayed at checkout before the purchase.
5.3 All payment methods require identification via 3D Secure to increase security. This may involve verifying your payment with a password, Bank ID, or another identification method.
5.4 Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen shipping method and order amount. Information about shipping costs is available at the checkout before the purchase.
5.5 For unclaimed or undelivered packages sent directly to you or to a pickup point, a shipping and handling fee will be charged as follows:
Individuals: 150 SEK Businesses: 300 SEK 5.6 Delivery is made according to the estimated delivery times provided at the checkout, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to factors beyond our and the carriers' control, such as weather and technical issues.
5.7 "CASE 4 YOU" reserves the right to change the shipping method for security reasons, but we will never change to a cheaper shipping method than the one you selected.
- Delivery
6.1 The delivery time may vary depending on the product you have purchased, and it is estimated at the checkout based on information from the carrier. Please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond "CASE 4 YOU's" control.
6.2 If you choose a shipping method where you pick up your shipment at a pickup point, you must do so within the time specified in the notification. You typically need to present valid identification and a shipment ID to collect your package.
- Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Under the distance contract, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to withdraw your purchase, you must notify us by email at weborder@case4you.se within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
7.2 Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Ensure that your return is clearly marked with your order number and well-packaged to avoid damage during transit. You are responsible for ensuring that the item returns in an undamaged condition.
7.3 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and any expenses incurred in connection with the return will not be refunded by "CASE 4 YOU".
7.4 The refund of your purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, will be made within 14 days after "CASE 4 YOU" receives and approves your return.
7.5 The right of withdrawal and open purchase does not apply to the following products:
Goods that have been sealed for health reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery. Goods that have been customized according to your specifications or are clearly personalized. Services that have been fully delivered, and where you have given your explicit consent for the service to be performed before the withdrawal period has expired.
- Warranty and Complaints
8.1 Most complaints can be handled via email, so we ask that you DO NOT return the product before contacting our customer service via email at weborder@case4you.se.
8.2 We follow the Consumer Purchase Act, which provides a 3-year right of complaint. To claim a defect in a product, it must have existed from the beginning. You must not have caused the defect yourself. To claim a factory defect, you must contact us within a reasonable time, i.e., within two months of receiving the product.
All items are sent out have been checked. If there should be something wrong with a product, the customer has the right to have the item repaired or replaced with a new one in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act as long as the product has a factory defect. If the product is defective upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible for support and resolution of the matter. Damage that occurs due to incorrect use or installation cannot be claimed. This applies, for example, to incorrectly installed screen protectors, as this type of product requires precision to function optimally.

9.1 "CASE 4 YOU"processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy, available on the Website. By using the Website, you consent to our processing of your personal data.
- Disputes and Applicable Law
10.1 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website shall, in the first instance, be resolved amicably between the parties. Suppose such an agreement cannot be reached. In that case, you as a customer have the right to contact the General Complaints Board (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden or ARN) or another relevant dispute resolution authority.
10.2 Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation or dispute resolution authorities shall be settled by the general court with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
10.3 These Terms and the use of the Website are governed by Swedish law.

11.1 "CASE 4 YOU" reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on the Website and will apply from the date specified in the updated version.
